We offer a 30 day return from date of order shipment to return shipping date. After 30 days please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. All merchandise has to be returned in original packaging and packed securely. If requesting a refund and the product does not have a verifiable manufacturers defect, then a refund will be given with a 25% deduction for the restock fee and the shipping cost. If the product has been tampered with, the warranty will be void, and we will be unable to return or exchange the item. Authority Barber & Beauty Supply LLC is not responsible for any lost packages that occurs when the item is being shipped back to us. All returns must be shipped through USPS.
