Return Policy

At Authority Supplies, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality products that meet the needs of our valued customers. To maintain the integrity of our business and ensure a FAIR process, we have established a strict yet reasonable refund and return policy. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

1. Condition of Products:

   • Refunds and returns are only eligible for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

   • Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds or returns.

2. Reason for Return:

   • Refunds will only be issued for defective products or errors made on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

   • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as a change of heart or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality or performance.

   • If requesting a refund and the product does not have a verifiable manufacturers defect, then a refund will be given with a 25% deduction for the restock fee and the shipping cost. If the product has been tampered with, the warranty will be void, and we will be unable to return or exchange the item.

   • Requests for refunds or returns must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot process any returns or refunds.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances:

• Opened or used products.

• Clearance or sale items.

• Products purchased as part of a promotion.

  Refund Process

1. Submit a Request:

   • To initiate a return or refund, email us at customersupport@authoritysupplies.net. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

2. Approval Required:

   • All refund/return requests are subject to review. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Inspection of Returns:

   • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the product does not meet our eligibility criteria, the return will be denied, and the item will be sent back to you.

5. Processing Refunds:

   • Approved refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order.

Final Sale and Exceptions

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Authority Supplies reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.

Fraud Prevention

We take fraudulent return claims seriously. Any attempts to return used items under false pretenses will result in denial of future purchases and possible legal action.
